II. ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM AGREEMENT
ROOM RATES AND CONDITIONS
1. For Online Payment System the US dollar Room rates will convert to Thai Baht at our hotel’s fixed rate before settlement. The amount of charge will be charge to the customer by the currencies exchanged rate on settled date.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
A valid credit card is required to payment or guarantee a reservation.
* Cancellation policy is only applicable with Guarantee booking online and Guarantee booking by fax method (not applicable with payment online method)
Payment Online
For the Online Payment System, your credit card information will be filled and debited on the trusted financial institution’s secure server, and we do not maintain in our server all or part of your financial information.
Please be informed that this payment method (Payment Online) is NOT ALLOW TO CANCEL,EDIT OR REFUND the booking.
Guarantee booking online or by fax
To guarantee a reservation, if you don’t want to make an online payment. This guarantee may be made confidentially by our secure server at the time of making a reservation or by sending the Centara Hotels & Resorts a credit card guarantee by fax.
To guarantee a reservation, credit cards details held by the Centara Hotels & Resorts will only be debited should one or more of the following conditions occur or unless advised by the hotel at the time of booking.
Low Season Period
Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival - no charge
Cancellations less than 3 days. prior to arrival - 1 night charge.
No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
High Season Period
Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival - No Charge
Cancellations less than 7 days but must more than 3 days - 1 night charge
Cancellations less than 3 days but must more than 1 day - 50% of full duration charge
No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
Peak Season Period
Cancellations more than 1 month prior to arrival - No Charge
Cancellations less than 1 month but must more than 15 days - 1 night charge
Cancellations less than 15 days but must more than 7 days - 50% of full duration charge
Cancellations less than 7 days and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
