Terms & Conditions:

• Validity: 1 May - 30 June 2008
• The rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and nett, inclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.
• The room rates are on per room per night basis.
• Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age sharing parents' room and bedding. Extra bed/sofa bed will be chargeable.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
• Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they are not followed by our terms & conditions.
• Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meeting, incentive, convention, and exhibition.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

• Cancellations or no shows are subject to the following policies:

- Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability, promotion validity, and new rates applied).
- Cancellations (more than 24 hours before arrival): No charge
- Cancellations (less than 24 hours before arrival): 1 night charge
- No Shows or Failure Cancellations: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
- Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
